We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Merchandising Administrator to support our merchandising teams across both head office and field operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring stock availability, managing online product listings, and assisting in the production of key sales and stock reports. Key Responsibilities Provide essential administrative support to both field-based and head office merchandising teams. Work closely with the Junior Merchandiser/Merchandiser to manage stock levels within stores, ensuring availability at all times. Assist in producing weekly sales, stock, and availability reports, identifying trends and recommending actions based on analysis. Support the management of the company’s online accounts, ensuring product listings are accurate and assisting with SKU set-up and product uploads. Communicate with host head offices to ensure the online product range is set up effectively. What We’re Looking For Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels. IT literate, particularly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Analytical mindset with the ability to compile and interpret data. Highly organised with a logical approach, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Exceptional attention to detail, working accurately under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. A keen interest in the retail industry. A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
