Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth and development of our business across the Southern region of the UK. Your primary objective will be to elevate CCN’s profile, secure project sales opportunities, and cultivate strong long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across the architectural, construction and design sectors.
What you’ll do
* Build and maintain strong long lasting relationships with new and existing customers and partners
* Understand customer needs and create and deliver compelling value propositions
* Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and market expansion goals
* Identify and secure new project opportunities
* Align business development initiatives with overall company objectives

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in construction, architecture, or design industries
* Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
* Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
