Office Administrator, 6 months contract - may lead to permanent, £11.44 an hour
Working hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 5pm, Fri 8:30am-12:45pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for a six-month temporary role, with the potential to become permanent. This position involves managing and organising Quality Assurance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting general administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency with administrative technology, and strong communication abilities.

This role would suit a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment. Experience with Quality Assurance processes is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compile Quality Assurance Documentation Packs
2. Label, sort, and categorise documents for ease of use
3. Retrieve documents upon request
4. Adhere to regulatory requirements
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure documentation consistency
6. Ensure documentation integrity
7. Control access to documents
8. Remove obsolete documents
9. Assist with general and QA-related activities
10. Perform additional tasks as required by management
