We are now recruiting Night Bar Staff to join our team.
Working hours would be 7pm-3am, 8pm-4am, or 9pm-5am, depending on business needs, typically 4-5 shifts per week. Weekend work will be included.
The successful candidate will be happy working as part of a team but confident working by themselves. Our night bar staff will ensure we deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests.
About The Role
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of customer management, at all times.
* Set-up and effective operation of the bar, within company policy, at all times.
* Close down bar and restock ready for the next day.
* Work in all areas of the bars, to ensure that best practice is maintained.
* Follow hotel cash handling procedures.
* Maximise all sales opportunities in the business, including quality of food and drink service and availability, using all company point-of-sale as directed.
* Follow all delivery processes, including checking in orders, storage, stock rotation, security, and loss investigation.
* Be aware of and adhere to licensing, data protection, Health & Safety at Work, and COSHH legislation, at all times.
* Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, attending courses, and completing workbooks.
* Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws.
* Carry out any duties as instructed by bar manager and general manager.

Desired Criteria
* Cocktail trained
* 6 months previous bar experience
Required Criteria
* Good communication skills
* Able to converse in English
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Must have right to work in the UK
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Able to work nights from 7pm/8pm onwards
