Registered Manager - Residential Children's Home (Learning Disabilities)
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP50,000 + performance incentives up to GBP10,000 annually

This is an exciting opportunity for an OFSTED-registered manager with a deep understanding of the OFSTED framework and proven experience managing a children's home for young people with learning disabilities, ASD, and other needs. What We’re Looking For
1. OFSTED Registration: You must be an OFSTED-registered manager with excellent knowledge of the framework.
2. Qualifications: QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People) or an equivalent qualification.
3. Experience: A minimum of 2 years managing a children’s residential care setting, ideally for children with learning disabilities.
4. Passion and Vision: A dedication to creating a safe, empowering environment for children to reach their full potential.
Your Role
As our Registered Manager, you will:
1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and standards.
2. Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care tailored to the individual needs of each child.
3. Create a warm, therapeutic, and inclusive atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
4. Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding service delivery.
