Key Responsibilities Consolidation reporting to Greenergys shareholders, Trafigura based in the Netherlands. Calculation of current taxation & deferred taxation figures and related notes for UK financial statements and consolidated group financial statements. Preparation of detailed corporation tax calculations, computations and tax returns to HMRC for all Greenergys UK entities. Quarterly tax instalment calculations. Monitoring of overseas entities returns are being filed on a timely basis. Country by country reporting to Trafigura. Review of internal controls of accounting systems and production of summary report for Senior Accounting Officer purposes. Perform and review internal controls to comply with the Corporate Criminal Offence legislation for the prevention of tax evasion. Assist in ad hoc advisory & project work Any Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser qualification Strong tax accounting skills Previous experience with UK Corporation tax experience Desirable Finance or Accounting Degree Have experience on Alphatax tax software
