We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Temp-to-Perm Paint Sprayer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for long-term employment with a supportive and professional environment.
Working Hours:
* Week 1: 06:00–14:00 Monday-Friday
* Week 2: 07:00–16:45 Monday-Thursday
Rotating fortnightly shifts.
Pay Rate:
* £15.75/hour for any hours worked up to 39 hours/week
* £21.11/hour for any hours worked after 39 hours/week
Job Brief:
What will you do?
* Operate on a continuous flow automated line.
* Apply phosphate pre-treatment processes with precision.
* Work efficiently with heavy products.
* Paint tubular products to required specifications.
* Hang product fixtures for processing.
* Prepare products through masking and surface cleaning.
What will you need?
* Proven experience with 2-pack epoxy paint and single-pack primer paint.
* Ability to apply finishing coats to a high automotive standard.
* Proficiency in Wet Film Thickness (WFT) and Dry Film Thickness (DFT) testing.
* Knowledge of cross-hatch adhesion testing methods.
