Care Assistant (Nightshift)

Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with their daily routines and promote independence.
* Follow personalized care plans and provide hands-on help and thoughtful attention to individual needs.
* Maintain a close eye on residents' health and communicate concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
* Uphold dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.
* Encourage social interactions among residents and with staff, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
* Work with housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces.
* Assist residents who need extra help with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Requirements:
* Square Volleyball Qualification Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
* At least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant, but we welcome those with transferable skills.
* Passion for caring for the elderly and commitment to delivering excellent service.
