Role Summary:
The role will be responsible for devising and implementing the clubs sales strategy to drive, retain and develop the business, to maximise revenue and profitability for the club.
Commercial Responsibilities:
* To develop a cohesive partnership strategy and plan to enable the club to achieve and exceed commercial targets.
* A revenue driver with expert negotiating and influencing skills with an astute approach to business development.
* To manage sales plans to achieve targets
* To agree and manage budgets as directed by the GM.
* To manage relationships with commercial partners to maintain positive relationships.
* To maximise support for all sales initiatives.
* Lead the sales team to ensure that match day partnerships are sold out for each fixture.
* Source new commercial partners at all levels of the club.
* Ensure that events are held regularly at the rink throughout the season which generate future income for the club.
* Be innovative and creative to develop new revenue streams and commercial opportunities.
* Drive the commercial for the club to work in tandem with the clubs on ice ambitions.
* Any other duties as deemed reasonable by the GM.
