Chef de Partie - The Crab & Lobster is a 5* 2 Rosette destination restaurant with 20 luxury rooms situated in North Yorkshire with easy access to the A1, A19 and Thirsk railway station.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate CDP to join our kitchen team. You will play a crucial role in food preparation and will work closely with the rest of the kitchen team to achieve consistently high standards in food quality and presentation.
Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in food preparation and cooking.
2. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
3. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
4. Contributing to menu development and recipe creation.
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team player with excellent communication skills.
