Working hours of a Senior Sales Manager:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays
Our client is offering the successful Senior Sales Manager:
3. Basic up to £38,000
4. OTE of £55,000 (Uncapped)
5. Annual award trips and prizes

Senior Sales Manager requirements:
9. Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
10. Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
11. Be able to work effectively managing a team
12. Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
13. Display high standards of service and presentation
14. Have good organisational skills
15. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
16. Have a full UK driver’s license
Key tasks of a Senior Sales Manager:
17. Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
18. Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
19. Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
20. Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
21. Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1’s, reviews, and morning meetings
22. Influence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the plan
