Our client seeks a Part-Time Office Manager and Bookkeeper for 20 -24 hours per week.
This role combines day to day office management with bookkeeping responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee general office operations.
* Ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries.
* Record daily financial transactions, including purchases and incoming payments. Experience of QuickBooks is preferred.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
* Process payroll.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments collected.
* Prepare and issue management accounts, including balance sheets and income statements.
