Our service consists of 11 flats located in the heart of Cannock. We support adults with mental health illnesses and aim for them to live as independently as possible. To maintain our outstanding level of support, we need people like you to join us and help improve the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for enriching people’s lives, enjoying a positive impact on their wellbeing, and taking pride in knowing you are part of something bigger.
Being a support worker is very rewarding but also challenging at times. Support workers need to understand that not every day will be sunshine and smiles. Watching and supporting the individuals at Beecroft makes those hard days easier. Seeing people live independently and thrive in life is a reward in itself. No two days are the same; you will face and overcome many challenges, but the rewards are priceless.

What We Do!
We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are Specialist Mental Health Services, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational, and social activities.
We provide a positive impact on the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress. This primarily involves support using a person-centred approach. Our Support Workers measure outcomes specifically to an individual’s needs and evidence using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, with the disclosure expense met by the employer.
If you have not heard from us within 14 days, please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to apply for other suitable roles in the future.
