As a Wastewater Treatment Services Account Manager, you will manage and grow our existing wastewater treatment accounts while supporting the expansion of new accounts within the UK market. You will build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving business development for Veolia Water Technologies UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client needs and ensuring the highest level of service.
2. Account Growth and Development: Develop existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand our service offering and convert prospects into long-term customers.
3. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with our service teams and internal functions to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs.
4. Industry Representation: Represent us at trade associations, meetings, and industry events, promoting our innovative products and services.
What you will bring to the role:
1. Proven Experience: Strong background in account management, business development, or sales within the wastewater treatment, water, or environmental services sectors.
2. Customer-Focused: Excellent relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing long-lasting client partnerships.
3. Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify business needs and creatively find solutions to meet them.
4. Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the wastewater treatment industry is beneficial.
5. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
6. Digitally Proficient and Detail-Oriented: Skilled in using a range of digital tools and systems, including CRM software.
