Analytical Associate - Nurofen 10 month FTC

About the role
As an R & D Category Associate at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside a team of expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.
Working within our Category Pain team - Nurofen - you’ll help drive technical product development on key projects. Ultimately, you’ll help us create new products that solve real problems and improve the lives of millions of people globally.
Your responsibilities
1. Working a 70/30 split between lab and office with experts from different teams, you’ll analyse, interpret and evaluate test results and consider their implications.
2. You will act as the analytical lead on your project(s).
3. Day to day coordination/execution of analytical testing (in particular HPLC and dissolution) in conformance with all relevant safety and quality requirements.
4. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to the NPD process from product development through to launch.
5. Communicate effectively with your line manager and manage stakeholder relationships across global R & D sites.
The experience we're looking for
1. Degree qualified in a scientific discipline.
2. Creative and tenacious problem solver.
3. Experience of working in an analytical laboratory environment.
4. Familiar with the varying methods and techniques used.
5. Experience in NPD.
6. Good theoretical knowledge.
7. Experience of HPLC.
8. A great communicator who is confident in taking the lead on small projects.
