We are looking to appoint a Supervisor to support the FC with the day to day responsibility of managing the team, with the Sales and Purchasing department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. Your main duties: Support the team with any queries Assist in the management of accounts payable Review of creditors Ensure timely recording of overheads etc Assist in the update of policies and procedures Input of payments, Reconciliation and Closing of ledgers Managing transactions and raising sales invoices Ensure the sales ledger remains up to date Review of debtors Monitoring customer credit limits and performing Credit Checks Weekly reports and audit preparation You will need: Previous experience Ability to resolve and reconcile issues Experience in Microsoft applications Knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
