With a projected turnover of £12 million this year and 50 headcount, they are searching for an experienced and adaptable studio professional to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and collaborate cross-functionally.
The Role
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Studio, a mentor dedicated to fostering professional growth. Working alongside a team of directors, your contributions will be pivotal in driving the studio's success. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting the studio's B Corp certification process and sustainability initiatives, organizing team events and internal communications to cultivate a vibrant studio culture, and overseeing daily operations to maintain an efficient and creative environment.
Additionally, you will manage office systems and data organizations to enhance operational efficiency, ensure health and safety compliance, and assist with HR tasks such as onboarding and maintaining staff records. Your role will also involve processing invoices, tracking expenses, and providing personal assistance to senior leadership, including scheduling and correspondence. This position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a collaborative and innovative architectural practice.
Responsibilities
* Support the studio’s B Corp certification process and sustainability initiatives
* Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a smooth and creative working environment
* Support system implementation and help streamline processes for greater efficiency
* Manage office systems, data organization, and process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain relevant policies
* Assist with HR tasks including onboarding and maintaining staff records
* Organise team events, socials, and internal communications to foster a strong studio culture
* Process invoices, track expenses, and liaise with finance teams
* Provide PA support to senior leadership, including scheduling and correspondence
What our client needs to see (required):
* 1+ years experience in a similar role
* Experience as a personal/executive assistant
* Experience working in a architectural or design firm
* A positive, proactive mindset
What we’d like to see (preferred):
* Experience in a medium-sized business
* Exposure to B Corp
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits
Start Date: Flexible
