The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) is responsible for providing Occupational Therapy services to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence.

Responsibilities
* Assist in the treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication while functioning under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
* Monitor guest’s response to intervention and consult with the Occupational Therapist if modification is required.
Qualifications
* Must currently hold COTA license.
* Associates degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred.
* Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
