The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to provide essential support to the Head of People, ensuring the efficient operations of HR processes and contributing to the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate employee records
2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
3. Update and maintain our HR system with employee information and changes.
4. Monitor holiday and sickness records.
5. Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications.
6. Assist with performance review processes and employee evaluations.
7. Provide administrative assistance for people related projects and initiatives.
8. Help maintain and update the company Intranet as well as policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
4. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
6. Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
7. Familiarity with UK employment law and basic HR compliance matters.
8. Experience using HR systems or databases to manage employee information.
