Working collaboratively with the MSK Operations Manager and wider MSK team members, we are on the lookout for a proactive and engaging Office Manager to join our Coastal team, at both Seaford and Eastbourne. You will lead in the management of the reception and administrative team members, whilst also overseeing the day-to-day site management, Health and Safety audits and compliance reporting and administrative processes. You will combine strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to create a positive, efficient and customer-service orientated workplace. Based from our Coastal clinics, Seaford and Eastbourne, this is a full-time role, permanent role, offering great flexibility alongside a generous benefits package. About you: Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with your colleagues and our patients. Prior experience within an administrative, team lead role. Proactive and innovative, with a drive to implement new and efficient ways of working. Excellent multi-tasking skillsorganisation and prioritisation is key in this role! IT savvywe like to mix it up and use a few different software programs!
