HR Administrator | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | £30,000 - £33,000 Overview: My client, a leading financial services company with offices in Maidenhead, are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. You will be working within a HR team and have experience in a fast-paced environment, working with recruitment, administration and HR admin. Role & Responsibilities: Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS Prepare offer letters, rejection letters, and onboarding materials Manage recruitment inbox and assist with background checks Manage office space, including access cards and occupancy statistics Coordinate maintenance services (shredding, fire extinguishers, etc.) Conduct safety checks, risk assessments, and maintain compliance records Address queries through the facilities inbox Assist with HR team administrative tasks and event management Essential Skills & Experience: 2 years’ HR and administrative experience Proficient in ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential information Knowledge of health & safety compliance is a plus Package: Salary of £30,000 - £33,000 Remote working available, some travel and visits to the Maidenhead offices 25 days holiday bank holidays Cycle to work, season ticket loans much more
