Due to their continued sales growth, they are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to cover the Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire regions. You will inherit a successful region, managing high-value accounts while unlocking further potential for expansion and developing new business with OEMs and End-Users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and visit new and existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Attend exhibitions and tradeshows to showcase he company's innovative products and solutions.
* Devise tailored solutions for customers, meeting their unique needs in various industry sectors and ensuring complete client satisfaction
* Conduct engaging presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and features.
* Collaborate closely with internal sales, technical sales, and marketing teams to drive sales initiatives.
* Participate actively in the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
Candidate Requirements:
* BSc/HND/HNC/BTEC/City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering (desirable but not essential).
* Proven track record in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sales.
* Experience supporting large OEMs and End-Users across heavy and light industry sectors.
* Passion for sales and providing a consultative service to customers.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
