Job Title: Sales Controller
Our client is a franchised dealership seeking to recruit an exceptional and experienced Sales Controller for their busy and thriving site.
Working Hours:
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 5 days per week (Monday – Saturday), with one 7 PM finish on rota.
Reporting and Responsibilities:
1. Report to the General Sales Manager and coordinate the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
2. Provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, with primary responsibility for achieving both chassis and F&I KPI’s.
3. Be experienced with all aspects of F&I functions to maximize sales profitability.
4. Oversee the enquiry management process.
5. Promote the professional image of the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions for regular performance reviews against targets.
7. Participate in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling and sales deals.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Transaction Manager is ideal.
* Good working knowledge of Kerridge or an alternative system; training will be provided to build on your existing knowledge and ensure compliance with FSA regulations.
* Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
* Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach.
* Proven experience in selling, finance, invoicing, managing accounts, staff management, and administrative duties.
* Valid driving license.
