Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth, focusing on expanding their buyer and seller base to increase property listings. This hands-on role will see you leading and executing marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on email marketing, social media engagement, paid advertising and broader campaign initiatives to enhance performance across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to reach and engage our target audience, leveraging your expertise in various marketing platforms.
- Lead the creation and execution of effective email marketing campaigns, utilising platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Oversee and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement, creating and curating content across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver high-performance campaigns that align with our mission and goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement, aiming to increase property listings, enhance marketing ROI, and boost engagement across all platforms.
- Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation of compelling creative materials and campaigns using Adobe Suite.
- Utilise Google Ads and Analytics to track and improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and implement best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to build and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of social media dynamics and performance marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads and Analytics.
- Experience working within a B2C brand.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment, with a readiness to hit the ground running and embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with growth.
