Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Memory Team in Middlesbrough, based at Woodside Resource Centre We are looking for a dynamic, positive and forward-thinking clinician with a passion for caring for people with cognitive impairment, their families and carers. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term job share opportunity. Main duties of the job The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and be able to demonstrate best practice in community mental health service delivery for older people, their families and carers.
