Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive
Up to £35,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE
We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company that offers a wide range of business tech services such as:
1. Security (CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Fire Systems)
2. Telecoms (Telephone Systems, Connectivity & Mobile)
3. IT (provision and support)
4. Managed Print Services (Photocopiers, Printers, Scanners)
One of your first tasks will be to sell your own historic specialist product area into the existing customer base. For example, if you have a background in Managed Print / Photocopier sales, you will aim to sell this service to existing customers who are already with the company for other services.
Proven B2B sales and new business development experience within one of these specific product areas is essential. With your existing knowledge, you will also be able to sell new additional products and services to your customers, creating more revenue streams.
Working out of their offices in North Lanarkshire & West Lothian, this is a 360° sales position where you will identify, pursue, arrange meetings with prospects, and close sales opportunities throughout Central Scotland. Multiple products and revenue streams will be available to you.
You will be expected to develop and grow your accounts effectively, creating further opportunities with the vast range of business services that the company provides. You must be personable, self-motivated, and possess exceptional communication skills. A full driving licence and your own car are required, with an additional car allowance included in your package.
This position offers genuine earning potential, with a basic salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, and top performers earning double through bonuses. An additional car allowance or company car is also included.
