Engaging with schools and educational institutions to understand their specific staffing requirements. It is important to recognise that schools often have different and sometimes urgent staffing needs.
Working 7am-5.30 during school term time, reduced to 5 hour working day during all school holidays, 30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + your birthday off.
You will provide a vital link between clients and candidates. The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
1. Using sales, business development and marketing techniques and networking opportunities to attract business from client schools.
2. Visiting clients to build and develop close working relationships.
3. Developing a good understanding of client schools; what they do and their culture and environment.
4. Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates, employers, and the teaching community.
