Job Description
* Direct, oversee and develop a team of National Account Managers
* Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance profitability
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients
* Monitor and stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities within F&B
* Collaborate with marketing to ensure promotional plans are executed
* Work closely with supply to ensure demand is met
* Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience of working in chilled, branded goods in the UK FMCG market
* Must have a working knowledge of UK grocery
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent client relationship management skills
* Strong strategic planning and execution abilities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Must be able to be in West London a minimum of 3 days a week
