Architectural Project Manager
Location: London and South East
Salary: Up to £60,000 + car + bonus
Role Overview: Ideal role for a specification sales person within fenestration, facades or envelope building products. This position offers the opportunity to work on commercial and residential specification projects with a focus on sustainability.
THE ROLE: As an Architectural Project Manager, you will identify and win business with architects, designers, main contractors, specialist installers, and fabricators. You will represent a well-established global brand of facades and fenestration systems, focusing on gaining specifications for commercial projects in the South East of England. You will be supported by a sophisticated CRM, industry-leading software tools, and a highly experienced sales, technical, and marketing team. Responsibilities include:
1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
2. Working with AutoCAD.
3. Managing long-term projects and tender frameworks for specific product requirements.
4. Delivering CPD presentations to architects.
5. Managing relationships with contractors and understanding specialist installer and fabricator companies.
Key to success in this role is a desire to work hard, collaboratively, and demonstrate effective communication techniques across a variety of stakeholders. Candidates should have a full driving licence, a technical eye for detail, and be well-versed in working with fabricators and architects.

Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years in exterior specification sales dealing with architects.
* Experience selling products to architects, designers, or fabricators, or working for a fabricator.
* Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycles.
* A consultative, driven, and professional salesperson with good attention to detail.
* Experience with windows, doors, curtain walling, or facades products is desirable.
Salary and Benefits: Up to £60,000 basic salary, plus 10% OTE, hybrid company car, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, and pension scheme.
