The company provides cutting-edge employee mental health training, holistic wellbeing solutions, and a unique platform supporting mental health and wellbeing through digital rewards, recognition, and immediate access to therapists. They are a well-established business that has been operating in the EAP space for a number of years.
Your new role
This is an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and strengthen market presence in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As the UK Head of Sales, you will be responsible for working with Heads of HR and senior decision-makers, particularly in the areas of mental health, employee wellbeing, staff benefits, and EAPs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
* Engage with Head of HR and senior stakeholders
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of workplace wellbeing and EAPs
* Set, track and exceed sales targets
* Work closely with marketing, product development and delivery teams
* Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and results
What you'll need to succeed
They are seeking a passionate, strategic, and customer-focused sales leader with a proven track record of success in HR, EAP, or workplace industries, and a record of increasing sales revenue. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in sales leadership roles and a deep understanding of the UK's workplace well-being landscape.
