Are you a highly numerate Digital Trading professional eager to drive brand retention through impactful changes?
Do you have the skills to maintain robust account health across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay and other third party marketplace platforms and are you able to launch new global marketplaces and optimizing DTC accounts?
Are you proficient in various tools including Analytics/BI systems like PowerBI and Google Data Studio? If so, we want you to join our Digital and eCommerce Teams!
As a Marketplace Account Executive, you will:
8. Forge strong relationships with both commercial and operational teams across all marketplace platforms.
9. Generate regular performance reports and provide strategic insights, analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
10. Ensure timely execution of trade plans with stakeholders, coordinating relevant campaign launches.
11. Enhance product visibility and customer engagement to drive traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability.
12. Collaborate with Customer Experience and Logistics teams to deliver and optimize service improvements.
13. Integrate new accounts into company systems and processes, providing comprehensive training to partners.
14. Capture and address customer sentiment to maximise retention.
15. Optimise websites by maintaining accurate product attribution and range.
16. Manage marketplace consumer data, adhering to GDPR procedures and mitigating risks.
As a Marketplace Executive, you will be able to:
17. Demonstrate strong working relationships with partners, meeting SLAs and sales targets.
18. Drive sell-through and maintain agreed product margins.
19. Align digital plans with broader business objectives.
20. Identify and manage risks in day-to-day activities.
21. Facilitate the identification and shaping of opportunities across service lines.
22. Deliver excellent customer service on DTC accounts.
23. Evaluate information from various sources to make informed decisions about sales and stock.
