The Role
The customer service desk and inside sales co-ordinator will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries ensuring they are processed in a timely manner, resolving issues promptly, and identifying sales opportunities to promote our products and services supporting the regional sales manager network.

What you will do
* Process incoming enquiries from customers and assign to relevant team or individual for action.
* Check and verify the origin and nature of request and completeness of information provided to enable efficient and high quality turnaround of responses.
* Verify account details and approve new accounts
* Actively engage with existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
* Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to clients.
* Collaborate with the outside sales team to support larger accounts and opportunities.
What do you bring
Essential skills, knowledge and experience
* Relevant business background in sales or customer service (3 years +)
* Understanding of market, products, service offerings and customer base in industrial process handling equipment
* Ability to follow processes and identify innovative ideas for improvement
* Ability to create and maintain strong relationship with customers and colleagues
* High standards on moral and ethics, integrity is continuously apparent
* Strong interpersonal skills – active listener, clear and concise communicator (both oral and written), good collaboration skills
* Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment while producing quality work
* Ability to work on multiple tasks, potentially with conflicting time constraints
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Desirable skills, knowledge, language & behaviours /Leadership behaviour
* Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and reporting dashboards
* Experience in an aftermarket business preferably for engineered equipment and products, as well as services, direct or through channel partners
* Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business area or equivalent experience
* 2nd European language (French, Spanish, German etc)
