* A variety of nurses needed to cover shifts across Oxford Community Hospitals and Clinics. We are particularly looking for Community Nurses and Mental Health Nurses.
Community Nurse Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting wellness and managing various health conditions.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to patients' needs.
* Monitor and assess patients' health status, ensuring timely intervention and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
* Educate patients and families about self-care techniques, treatment plans, and available resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC license in the UK
* Demonstrated passion for community-based care and a strong commitment to patient well-being
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
* Empathy, patience, and adaptability in responding to diverse patient needs
Hours:
* 37.5 Hours
