Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Engineering Teacher to join our enthusiastic faculty. The successful candidate will inspire students through engaging and practical engineering instruction, fostering both theoretical understanding and hands-on skills. This role involves teaching engineering concepts to students at various levels, from introductory to advanced courses. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver a comprehensive and engaging engineering curriculum. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages problem-solving and critical thinking. Teach engineering principles across a range of topics including mechanics, electronics, robotics, and design technology. Facilitate hands-on projects and experiments that enhance students’ practical skills and real-world understanding. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate engineering concepts into interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. Provide individualised support and mentorship to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in engineering education. Qualifications: A degree in Engineering, Engineering Education, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Previous experience teaching engineering or related subjects at the secondary level. Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practical applications.
