Teaching Assistant Job Role: As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to work within primary schools within the Swansea area. You will be responsible for pupils from Nursery-Year 2 supporting them throughout their school day. You will be expected to actively promote and build positive professional relationships enhancing pupil daily experience. Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in contributing effectively towards pupils learning. Motivate & engage pupils throughout the day. Supervise lunch time activities Work with small groups or a 1:1 basis Support pupils with additional learning needs Be experienced in working with children. Be willing to actively support and contribute effectively towards learning of pupils within schools. Have a “get involved” attitude, using their initiative to assist pupils and have a positive influence on their day! What you need: Have a valid enhanced DBS check.
