Your role and responsibilities We're seeking an administrative person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can be the behind-the-scenes hero of our Children's Home team. Your Excel skills will be your superpower as you provide critical support to our management, transforming raw data into meaningful insights. You'll be the go-to problem solver, seamlessly managing administrative and financial processes while keeping our operational team running like a well-oiled machine. Be the essential support system that helps us make a difference in children's lives, one spreadsheet at a time You will need an understanding of financial processes to be able to manage your own time and workload to meet challenging deadlines good communication and IT skills, with an ability to contribute to a team approach to work confidently under your own initiative and work independently to resolve a range of issues a keen eye for detail and show accuracy to contribute to improving systems both in the Home and across the service.
