Our business readiness team is looking for a business analyst to join them on an exciting project. You’ll work with project sponsors across the company to define, maintain, and deliver processes and an accompanying operating model to meet business needs. We're happy to consider both permanent and fixed-term contract options.
In this role, you’ll actively seek out new ways to do things and will constantly be looking to improve the ways we work. You’ll have an eye for detail, and we’ll be relying on you to help us with process mapping and embedding these within relevant business areas.
A bit about you
You’re happiest when taking full ownership of the work you’re doing and are confident in making decisions. You’re passionate about the work you do and the value you can add to the team.
Your friends would probably describe you as ‘the determined one’ or the person with the tenacity to find the answer to complex problems. You’ll be happiest when taking ownership of your work to help find better ways to deliver phenomenal outcomes, and you’ll not be afraid to challenge the status quo in order to overcome obstacles.
You'll love to work with smart people as part of a cross-functional team and will always support and encourage them to be their best. You know there is almost always a better way of doing things even if it can't be delivered immediately. You want to be part of a collaborative culture where you feel empowered to take ownership of the work you do to deliver the best solutions, but always know you’ll never be left alone.
To thrive in this role, it would be brilliant if you had the following:
1. Process experience within a financial sector, ideally within the investment/asset area.
2. Knowledge and experience of working with third-party vendors.
3. Experience with the creation of target operating models.
4. Overall business change and project analysis experience.
5. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
