The Successful Trainee Service Engineer / Junior Field Service Technician / Trainee Hydraulic Service Engineer will provide mechanical repair, service, and maintenance of Hydraulic hoses and related products into several different engineering industries. The Trainee Service Engineer / Junior Field Service Technician / Trainee Hydraulic Service Engineer will ideally have hands-on experience mechanical domains. Preference will be given to candidates with a mechanical engineering background, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to novel challenges. Package £25,000- £30,000 ( OTE £40k) Company van Commission & bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Overtime Additional benefits Trainee Service Engineer / Junior Field Service Technician / Trainee Hydraulic Service Engineer Role To provide mechanical repair, service, and maintenance of Hydraulic hoses and related products into several different engineering industries The Hydraulic Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance, provide advice, diagnostics, fault finding of hydraulic hoses at customer sites and the depot. Installing hydraulic hoses into all forms of the manufacturing industry. Perform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on hydraulic equipment. Liaise with various engineering departments Trainee Service Engineer / Junior Field Service Technician / Trainee Hydraulic Service Engineer Requirements Proven service / maintenance skills on mechanical engineering systems. Experience as a Trainee Service Engineer, Apprentice Engineer, Apprentice Technician, Entry level Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar. Ideally have hands-on experience mechanical domains. Preference will be given to candidates with a mechanical engineering background, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to novel challenges. Full UK drivers license Background in hydraulics would be advantageous. Flexibility to travel to customer sites
