Involvement in all stages of event planning: logistics, execution, and post-event evaluation. Assisting in recruiting, organising, and managing hundreds of volunteers essential to event operations. Personal engagement in unique, smaller challenges requiring bespoke attention to participants and their needs. Working on international and local events covering a range of distances and physical abilities.
