HR and Learning and Development Administrator Location : - Wheathampstead, St Albans - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home. Salary : £26K per annum Hours : Full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday. Occasional travel may be required. We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our HR, Learning and Development teams As a Learning and Development administrator, you will be providing daily support to the Head of Learning and Development to ensure smooth and efficient day to day running of the learning and development needs across Welford Healthcare. As a HR administrator you will be providing daily support to the HR Manager, the HR Team and our Care Home admin and management teams. Working closely with the Head of Learning and Development and the HR tean you will ensure that the core HR and learning systems and training matrix are actively managed as well as monitoring and reporting on Social Media posts in liaison the Home Managers. Maintain accurate records, reporting and training of the learning management system. To ensure implementation and set up of homes onto the learning management system. Manage Internal and External training events To deliver virtual training sessions on the use of the Learning Management System. Monitor and report on Social Media posts, in liaison with the Home Managers for content. To report on social media reviews and sector review scores. To support the Head of Learning and Development to create new learning content. Education, Skills, and Experience: We are looking for an organised individual who is proficient in working with IT systems. The ideal candidate will understand Learning Management systems, HR admin or similar. Establishing good working relationships, working as part of a team. Experience of working in a similar administrative role, preferably a care setting. Ability to deliver facilitate remote training sessions for the use of the learning management system. Proficient in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting priorities. Ability to support creation of new learning and development content.
