In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that our workforce is supported, empowered, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional care. As an HR Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing efficient, confidential, and high-quality support to our hospital staff. Your role will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and supporting various HR initiatives across the organisation. As an HR Administrator we are Looking For: Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to support staff effectively and professionally. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office. A proactive and collaborative mindset to support our diverse, inclusive workplace. Prior experience in HR or a similar administrative role is preferred. CIPD Level 3 is preferred however not essential as training can be offered to gain this via the apprenticeship scheme Why Join us?
