Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Creation & Optimisation: Implement and fine-tune multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, search, display, PPC, and social media.
* Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign success using tools like Google Analytics, optimising regularly to achieve the best results.
* Competitor & Trend Research: Stay on top of digital marketing trends and competitor activities to discover new strategies for testing and improvement.
* SEO & Content Optimisation: Contribute to our SEO efforts by optimizing key landing pages and supporting content creation initiatives.
* Email Marketing: Design visually engaging email campaigns, create tailored customer segments in our CRM, and ensure campaigns align with audience needs.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation: Work on user journeys and landing page enhancements to boost conversion rates.
* Paid Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the Digital and Social Media Managers to launch and oversee paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

* CMS Experience: You are comfortable using Content Management Systems to manage and update online content.
* Results-Driven Mindset: You understand the importance of metrics and reporting in digital marketing, using these insights to track progress, meet targets, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
* Educational Background: You hold a degree or an equivalent marketing qualification.
* Industry Insight: A background or understanding of the logistics, retail, or manufacturing sectors would be a bonus, as would familiarity with membership organisations.
