Contracts Manager / Project Manager Mallusk | All work is local Social Housing Maintenance £40k - £50k 7:30am 5pm Key Responsibilities: To oversee the KPIs in place with clients. Recording corrective actions, NCR's and improvements. Applications management using our internal systems. Have an overview daily of the Planning & Scheduling of the work with the Depot Planning Teams. Requirements: Experienced in Construction Industry - 3 years as a PM/CM. Ideally degree educated. Must have experience within the Social Housing sector Build or Maintenance. Planned Maintenance experience is advantageous NEC & MTC Contract experience.
