Ready to make an impact? Join our Group Change Graduate Scheme at NFU Mutual! With a team of passionate professionals, we’re committed to staying ahead of industry trends, driving progress, and supporting the business in achieving our company strategy. We’re driving exciting initiatives and navigating the complexities of regulatory and strategic change. Our investment in change continues to grow year-on-year, ensuring a vibrant portfolio of projects for you to dive into. Here you’ll gain exposure to join our team in tackling large-scale, complex, and strategic change programmes while also being provided with the opportunity to create a real impact.
What you can expect
Expect a dynamic environment filled with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Throughout the scheme, you’ll rotate across various teams, spending 4-6 months in each, including Programme Management Office (PMO), Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Change Management. This will provide you with valuable insights into how we manage change and offer a diverse experience across all teams.
Within your change delivery placement, you’ll own specific pieces of delivery, handling everything from scope and planning to stakeholder communication and problem-solving. With a focus on hands-on experience, you’ll be supported in obtaining a change management qualification while enjoying exposure to senior leaders and strategic conversations.
Your future
Throughout the scheme, you’ll strengthen your core project management skills, earn recognised change and project management qualifications / apprenticeship, and develop essential competencies to set you up for a successful career. You'll be fully supported along the way, with a dedicated buddy and mentor, as well as a designated Senior Group Change colleague.
