About the Role:
Cura Workforce is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage residential services for adults with disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential service.
* Ensure high standards of care and support are maintained.
* Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
* Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Handle HR processes including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Requirements:
* Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
* Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar setting.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
