Job Purpose
This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of large-scale partnerships for Creative Lives in Progress, from initial scoping to final execution. It oversees the project management team directly, while also collaborating closely with the Head of Content and the Head of Events & Engagement to ensure overall team wellbeing, motivation, and effective project resourcing across the business. Additionally, this position focuses on building strong, lasting client relationships and identifying new business opportunities through effective project planning, pitching, and execution.
Our partnerships include Google, Nike, DixonBaxi, Apple, Anomaly and more.
Key Tasks
1. Project & Account management:
* Set and oversee the annual strategy for Creative Lives in Progress company partnerships and bespoke services model.
* Project manage and lead the delivery of our largest-scale partnerships and bespoke services from scoping to execution.
* Build and review our internal project management systems and processes to ensure projects are well resourced and managed.
* Oversee the management and delivery of our company partnerships package including company partner engagement and impact recording throughout the year.
* Build relationships with new clients, and maintain long-term relationships with our existing ones – specifically managing relationships and retention of our largest scale client partnerships and bespoke services.
* Oversee and lead the curation and development of new pitches and proposals for new business opportunities.
* Oversee financial reporting on Creative Lives in Progress commercial projects with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Liaise with our business affairs manager to ensure our partnership contracts and policies are up to date and accurate.
1. Leadership:
* Work alongside the other head of departments to lead the team, ensuring team wellbeing and morale.
* Ensure the team and projects are well-resourced, overseeing team-planning and recruitment against business finances.
* Report on business performance quarterly and yearly to the Managing Director.
* Oversee the management and maintenance of our resourcing system. Ensuring resourcing and team planning is implemented and reported on a weekly basis.
* Publicly represent the company and actively expand the network of the company, regularly meeting new contacts and setting up appropriate partnerships where appropriate.
2. Management:
* Lead, motivate and manage our two project, account & new business management team members to ensure targets are met and quality is maintained across all projects within Creative Lives in Progress.
* Proactively support the team’s personal development and career progression.
* Manage and maintain a roster of freelancers, bringing in the right creative talent for projects and busy periods.

* Excellent communicator with the ability to foster strong relationships with teams, collaborators, and clients.
* Extensive project management experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in the end-to-end delivery of projects.
* Proven success in scoping budgets, planning workflow and building timelines for complex projects.
* Process-driven, organised and methodical with a high attention to detail.
* Able to maintain relationships, helping secure new business and ensuring future stability.
* Experience managing a team and maintaining a positive working culture.
* Capable of reporting and analysing project performance.
* Understanding of contracts and past experience of negotiating deliverables and budgets with collaborators and clients.
* Positive and proactive problem solver, providing solutions and welcoming new challenges.
* Self-sufficient and able to use initiative when encountering challenges.
* Culturally aware of the creative industry around them.

Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.30pm with flexitime between 8.30am and 6.30pm
Location: Hybrid working – 2 days based in our London studio on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the rest of the week at home
