We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Area Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings across Essex & Hertfordshire. The Role:
* Location: Hybrid role covering nurseries in Essex & Hertfordshire
* Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per year, depending on experience
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract Type: Permanent
As the Nursery Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a number of nurseries, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. You will provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursery managers, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and creating a positive, engaging environment for both staff and children.
What We're Looking For:
* Level 3 in Early Years or higher (essential)
* 2+ years' management experience within an early years setting (essential)
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Ability to travel between settings across Essex and Hertfordshire
* A proactive approach to improving quality and promoting best practices
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and stakeholders
