Job Title Shaw Contract Showroom Manager - UK Position Overview Establishes a welcoming showroom environment that exhibits a positive customer experience and high-quality products to customers. Maintains a facility that reinforces dealer education, facilitates stronger brand alignment and drives sales wins. Responsibilities: Welcomes all showroom guests and creates positive and brand consistent customer experience. Represents the company in a manner that ensures a customer experience consistent with the Shaw brand values. Ensuring that all displays and the facility are of the highest standard. Stock displays, maintain visual appeal of displays and optimize space for customer experience and visual appeal. Collaborate with marketing to design special events. Execute special events to ensure brand experience is consistent. Provides assistance with customer visits. Presents product to scheduled visitors when sales team unavailable. Maintains showroom calendar and effectively facilitates schedules in showroom. Notifies sales team of major events, installs, etc. Seeks new ideas to make the space more functional for the needs of the sales region. Assists in new product launches. Maintains overall appearance of showroom, including management of cleaning service, flower/plant service and building services. Interact with leasing company and other vendors to facilitate necessary showroom duties. Provides sales team with weekly reports on showroom activity and sends monthly reports to Marketing. Schedules caterers, sets up and cleans up per sales team requests and individual customer needs. Aids in facility set up and clean up for training activities. Assists with sales meetings, trainings, division meetings, product launch events and other showroom meetings as requested by RVP and/or Marketing Presents product to walk-in visitors and provides requested literature and information. Maintains adequate supply of literature and finish samples in facility. Keeps all sales tools and materials current, complete and available for immediate use. Maintains and orders all office supplies, equipment supplies and café supplies. Effectively manages facility invoices. Drives showroom cost efficiencies. Develops relationships and maintains contact with vendors.. Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages. Develops relationship with sales team as an integral team member. Knowledgeable of distribution and sales coverage in market. Provides product and service information to dealers, the A&D community and end users in person and by phone. Arranges packing and shipment of samples. Qualifications: Experience in providing an exceptional in-person customer service experience for a premium brand or relevant showroom experience Organization skills, accuracy, and great attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Project management, showroom management, facilities management, front desk hospitality, or interior design experience. Understands industry language, manufacturer/dealer structure, the role of A&D in selling process.
