About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Sales Development Representative Lead to spearhead our outbound sales development function at Opinov8 Digital and Engineering Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth, lead a high-performing team, and leverage technology to drive transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy, focusing initially on the UK market and later expanding into the USA and UAE.
* Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate high-quality leads.
* Be hands-on in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to identify potential opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between outbound efforts and marketing campaigns.
* Create and optimize messaging, scripts, and outreach cadences.
* Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track, measure, and report on outbound performance.
* Mentor and develop the SDR team, fostering a high-energy, high-performance culture.
* Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as an SDR or similar role in the technology or technology services space.
* Experience with outbound lead generation in B2B environments.
* Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience, even in a non-formal setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills to measure and report on team performance.
* Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams.
* Experience in or willingness to expand efforts into international markets (USA/UAE).
