Job Role: Primary Teacher EYFS Location: Rochdale Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) Start date: January 2025 We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to become part of our vibrant and supportive team at a wonderful school in the Rochdale area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, stimulating, and age-appropriate education to EYFS children, ensuring that each child's unique needs and learning preferences are addressed. Responsibilities: Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, tailoring activities to meet the diverse needs of all children. Fostering a welcoming, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where young children feel comfortable to explore and learn. Regularly assessing children's development and learning through observations and assessments, using this information to tailor teaching strategies for individual needs. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and enabling the design and delivering of engaging lessons. Ability to work in a variety of settings, including short-term and long-term with a flexible and adaptable approach. Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners and creating a supportive and inclusive learning enviornment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
